5 reasons to wake up at 5am

If you're here is because you want to wake up earlier than you do and you should already pat yourself on the back for that one.
YOU made one of the very first steps to waking up early and that is having a mental check on yourself. You click on this article to educate yourself in how you can achieve a goal. Even if its a just a little click or and a little read your are doing this for you.

Are you a morning person?

Everything comes easier with commitment, if you tell yourself the night before that you will wake up at a given time, I almost guarantee you that you will. That is like 50% of the process and I know so because I've done the homework for you.
Monday to Friday
My alarms are set starting at 3:30AM next one is at 4:00AM then 5:00AM and finally at 6:00AM, each one has its purpose. You see I need a push, in fact I think we all need a little push at times.
First one is to wake up, and if I don't wake up when I have to it create a bad ripple effect something I like to avoid so I set to the alarms. Second one is to be in the truck on the way to the gym or at least out the door, third alarm is to already be at the gym working out, and the last one should ring on my way to work. Make a schedule for yourself and hold yourself accountable.
You can Do it!
Make yourself proud, the only one standing in your way is you. I dare you to make your own schedule with your own rules that apply to your life and make them reachable and reach them. That feeling you get when you accomplish those small goals through out the day will become that juice of energy you need to kill any other goal through your day.
